How to use: 1. Apply your base layer, for uv gel, you may use a much thinner later than you would with standard gel polish. 2. Use a moistened manicure stick or rhinestones nipper to pick up the Rhinestones. 3. Place it into polish. 4. Put it into our nail surface one by one. 5. Repeat until desired design is complete. 6.
